Chimabell told his 'minion' to note everything he says and then...
This:
"His eyes widened. "TAMMY! GIMME THAT! WHAT DO YOU GOT?"
He snatched the paper Tammy was writing on and hastily read over what his Doll wrote.
It was just a dumb doodle of what looked to be Chimabell hanging by a noose on a puffy tree along with Tammy smiling. The mayor slowly turned his head to face the Doll with a look of exaggerated sadness "AW! You are just the worst kind of person!"

I know it didn't explain too much but really I can't write the whole story here, right? And I guess some of you know what's this all about. I hope so.
